All appointments will need to be held by a credit card. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. When booking a Pamper Mommie Baby Shower or Pamper Mommie Pamper Party a deposit of 50% of the total service is required to hold the reservation. The
balance will be due at the completion of your party.
Policies and Prices Subject to Change without Notice .
Please remember that we have especially reserved this time to care for you. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we request 24 hours notice. If you need to cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the value of the service will be charged to your credit card. A 72 hour notice is required for any cancellations for the Pamper Mommie Parties. Once your appointment has been reserved for your Party, we will be unable to issue a refund for any individual guest cancellations or no-shows.
FOR YOUR COMFORT
When making your reservation, please advise us of any medical conditions and allergies that you may have, along with any prescription medications that you are taking as some services may be contraindicated. All clients are required to sign a release form prior to receiving services.
We will not perform treatment if:
– Client has broken skin or lesions
– There are any medical conditions not mentioned at the time
of the reservation
– Misconduct such as solicitation or suggestive comments
– Client is intoxicated
